  • What floor plans are available?

    Villas at Creekside offers spacious 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes for rent in New Braunfels, TX. Each floor plan features open-concept layouts, modern finishes, private yards, and attached two-car garages designed to support your everyday lifestyle. Whether you need extra space to work, relax, or entertain, there’s a floor plan to fit your needs.

  • What is included in the rent?

    All floor plan pricing reflects base rent only. Additional monthly fees and one-time charges may apply and vary by apartment home, lease term, and selected options. Please review the fee details or contact our leasing team for a personalized quote.

  • What lease terms are available?

    At Villas at Creekside, we offer flexible lease terms of 3 to 18 months.

  • Are there any move-in specials?

    Any current leasing incentives or specials will be listed on our website or provided by our leasing team.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Villas at Creekside has a non-negotiable Liability Waiver Program that insures the property and apartment homes. However, this does not cover resident belongings. We encourage residents to obtain their own renters’ insurance that covers their belongings.

  • What are the application requirements?

    Applicants are required to undergo a background check, a credit check, and a rental history check. All of these must be in good standing for approval. Applicants must make 2.5 times the rent and are required to submit proof of income documents and identification through a verification process.

  • What fees are due at move-in?

    To make things simple and clear, we have put together a list of potential fees you might encounter as a current or future resident. This guide is included to make it simple to see both one-time and monthly fees that may apply beyond the base rent.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We welcome cats and dogs at Villas at Creekside and allow up to three pets per apartment home. There is no required pet deposit, but we do require a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00 per pet. Pet rent is $25.00 per pet, per month. Service animals and assistance animals are accommodated in accordance with Fair Housing regulations.

  • Can apartments be customized?

    Under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), reasonable accommodations and modifications can be made to allow people with disabilities equal opportunity to enjoy their housing. Other modifications to apartment homes must comply with community guidelines. Please contact the leasing office for details regarding décor or approved changes.

  • What amenities are available?

    At Villas at Creekside, residents enjoy thoughtfully designed amenities that bring comfort, convenience, and recreation together in one place. Our pet-friendly homes for rent in New Braunfels feature access to a resort-style swimming pool, modern fitness center, business center, outdoor grilling areas, playground, and beautifully maintained green spaces. Select homes also include private fenced yards and attached two-car garages for added convenience.   • What parking options are available?

    Each home comes with a private two-car garage and a two-car driveway. Please contact the office for additional details.

  • What is located near the community?

    Villas at Creekside places residents in a convenient New Braunfels location near some of the area’s most popular attractions, outdoor destinations, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located between San Antonio and Austin, the community offers easy access to the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, local Hill Country recreation, and well-known destinations like Schlitterbahn Waterpark and the historic Gruene Historic District. Residents are also close to Landa Park, local restaurants, shopping centers, top-rated schools, and major employers throughout the growing New Braunfels area.   • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Residents may submit maintenance requests through the Resident Portal or by contacting the leasing office. Emergency maintenance services are available.

  • What security features are available?

    Residents may purchase their own cameras or security systems for their apartment home and must adhere to the guidelines in the lease for installation.

  • How can I contact management?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Rent payments may be made through the resident portal or in the office via cashier’s check or money order. Residents who may be required to pay via cashier’s check or money order will be informed privately.

  • What is required to take a tour?

    At Villas at Creekside, we require a valid form of photo ID to tour our community.

  • How do I schedule a tour?

    Tours may be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office. We offer in-person, virtual tour, and self-guided tour options.
